TRANSITIONAL URBAN CONDO

“We purchased a “gutted to the walls” condo in a early 1900’s building and Emily Castle did everything for us from the studs out. We no longer need to be in St Louis, but that condo is the most beautiful home we have ever had – so much so that I cannot sell it. We had the floor plan, but nothing else – and we were located in Minnesota, so Emily was the person on the spot for us. I took photos of the existing furniture we had, together with measurements – she selected the pieces that would be used, recovered them, selected a few new and dynamic pieces and we have a spectacular home. Everyone adores it – it is so serene and welcoming and genteel – and Emily made the most of what we already had! Emily is the consumate professional – she was able to be very tough with our contractor when needed (iron fist, velvet glove), but kept everyone happy and working well together.
